Est. 2018 Eight years setting tile for Metro Detroit builders, restaurants, and homeowners.

The First Class Method

We plan the layout before we set a tile.

The waterproofing, the backer board, the sloped pan — everything under the finish is where the job is won. Same room, same angle — framing to finished tile.

Why it lasts

Anyone can stick tile to a wall. We build it to hold.

The difference between a job that looks good on day one and one that's still tight years later is everything that happens before the tile — the waterproofing, the layout, the level. That's where we spend the time.

01

Waterproofed the right way

Wet areas get a proper waterproofing system — membrane, banded seams, sloped pans — before a single tile goes up. It's the part you never see and the part that saves the floor below.

Set by a tile-setter, not a handyman

Trowel notch, coverage, lippage, layout — the small disciplines that decide whether a floor stays flat and a wall stays plumb. Tile is what we do.

02

Laid out before it's set

We dry-lay the pattern and balance the cuts so full tiles land where the eye goes and lines run clean through doorways and corners.

03

Clean edges, tight grout

Mitered corners, straight niches, even grout joints — finished so stone meets tile at a seam you can run your hand along.

04

On schedule for opening day

Commercial build-outs run on a clock. We show up, stage the work, and hand back a space that's ready to open — not a punch list.

What we do

Two sides of the trade, one standard.

Whether it's a storefront on a deadline or a bathroom you'll use every morning — the prep and the finish don't change.

Restaurant & QSR Build-Outs

Dining rooms, kitchens, and restrooms for national quick-service and retail brands — installed to spec, on tight turnarounds, ready for inspection and opening day.

Retail & Storefront Floors

Large-format and high-traffic flooring for stores, showrooms, and lobbies — flat, durable, and laid to take real foot traffic without telegraphing every seam.

Commercial Restrooms

Code-conscious, easy-clean tile for public and staff restrooms — waterproofed wet walls, slip-aware floors, and grout that holds up to daily cleaning.

Tenant Improvements

Fast, clean tile turnarounds between tenants and during remodels — demo, prep, and reinstall coordinated to keep the rest of the build on schedule.

Feature & Accent Walls

Branded feature walls, waterjet mosaics, and statement backsplashes that make a space photograph as good as it functions.

Wet Areas & Waterproofing

Commercial showers, wash-down zones, and back-of-house wet areas built with the membrane and drainage to pass inspection and stay dry.

Custom Showers & Tubs

Curbless showers, built-in benches and niches, and freestanding-tub surrounds in marble and porcelain — waterproofed and laid out around how you'll actually use them.

Bathroom Floors & Walls

Full bathroom tile — floors, wet walls, heated systems, and feature accents — finished so the whole room reads as one considered piece.

Kitchen Backsplashes & Islands

Backsplashes, waterfall islands, and mitered edges — patterns balanced around the range, the outlets, and the eye so the cuts land where they should.

Marble & Natural Stone

Book-matched marble, onyx, and travertine — dry-laid and turned until the veining flows, then set with the care natural stone actually needs.

Heated Floors

Warm, even radiant floors under tile and stone — installed and tested before the tile goes down, so the comfort is built in, not bolted on.

Entryways & Floors

Foyers, mudrooms, and living-space floors in large-format, herringbone, or patterned tile — set flat and squared to the room's real lines.

The material sets the room

Great tile is only
half the job. The set is the rest.

We work in nearly everything — and we know which materials photograph beautifully but chip at a miter, and which quietly outlast the building. The material is your choice. Making it sit right is ours.

Marble, Porcelain & Slab
Calacatta, large-format porcelain, and book-matched slab feature walls.
Mosaic, Pattern & Subway
Hex, penny-round, herringbone, patterned cement, and classic subway sets.
Waterproofing & Prep
The membrane, mud beds, and sloped pans that make the finish last.

Our standard
We've tiled dining rooms for national brands and showers for families down the street. The standard doesn't change.
